Jennifer Fiore joined Westlake Flooring in July 2013 as an Area Sales Manager. Over the years, she has progressed through several key roles, becoming a Senior Area Sales Manager in 2014, Senior Manager of Sales & Field Operations in 2016, Director in 2020, and finally AVP of Sales & Field Operations in 2022.
Fiore studied nutrition at SCC in 2002 before transferring to the University of Central Florida (UCF), where she earned a degree in Business Management in 2006.
In her current role, Fiore oversees sales and portfolio management, manages eight regions and more than 100 area managers, ensures business growth while minimizing risks, and oversees the training department.
Fiore has significantly contributed to the growth of Westlake Flooring, helping it become the third-largest independent floorplan company in the market. She has developed various initiatives, such as third-party remarketing and Work in Progress (WIP) programs, to boost revenue and minimize risk. Fiore has also been instrumental in recruiting area managers, regionals, and trainers from the ground up, formulating the training program for new employees, and shaping all policies and procedures since the company’s inception.
Her primary goals and vision for the future of Westlake Flooring involve becoming the leading provider of floor planning solutions for independent dealers, increasing market presence, entering new markets, and developing new products to drive expansion. Fiore aims to offer growth opportunities for employees, attract top talent, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the financial success of the company by boosting profits to secure its long-term viability and prosperity.
